Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

Navaldespite Tree Service wants navaldespite.living to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement lays out how we approach it. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Our Goal

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. It is a widely used standard for accessible websites.

Steps We Take

To get there, we aim to:

  • Use clear headings and a sensible page order
  • Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
  • Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
  • Let people use the whole site with only a keyboard
  • Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
  • Write in plain, simple language
  • Label every form field clearly

Where We Fall Short

Some parts of the site may not fully meet the standard yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time. When we find a problem with the site, we work to correct it.

Need Another Way In?

If part of the site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider. Or email contact@navaldespite.living, and we will do our part to assist.

Tell Us What Is Not Working

We welcome your feedback. Email contact@navaldespite.living and include:

  • The page or feature that gave you trouble
  • What happened, and what you expected
  • The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know

We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.

Work That Does Not Stop

Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
